ABOUT APEX
Apex Ultra Doodles was built on a simple idea: families deserve a companion that is healthy, well-tempered, beautiful, and truly suited for life alongside them.
In the 1990s, Jack began breeding Boxers during his time in the Marine Corps. For nearly a decade, we bred Boxers for both pets and the show ring.
Our journey took our family to the Philippines, where we spent 12 years operating a home for street children and a school for disadvantaged youth. During that time, we bred Boxers, using our breeding program to help support the children's home.
After returning to the United States, we thought our breeding days might be behind us. Then we met Mila. (yes... not Milo)

A friend asked us to watch her Goldendoodle, Mila.
We fell in love. Mila was smart, gentle attentive, and fun. At around 35 pounds, she was the perfect size for our family and as a mom of four, I, Tammy especially loved that she didn't shed.
After years around dogs, Mila was different. We wanted one just like her.
When Mila's owner later had a litter, one puppy stood out.
He performed beautifully in his temperament assessments-attentive, gentle, people-focused, and confident.
We brought him home and named him Milo.
As Milo grew, friends and visitors kept asking the same question:
"How do I get a dog like Milo?"
That question ultimately became the foundation for Apex Ultra Doodles.

We match families and individuals with a dog that fits their lifestyle, because a doodle adopted into a family is often with that family for a decade or more.
We understand how important that is.

We're a family with a passion for dogs and a heart for people.
After decades of breeding and showing dogs, we created
Apex Ultra Doodles to help other families experience the same joy, loyalty, and unconditional love we've found in our own doodles.
We treat every puppy like family because one day, they will be part of yours.
